We know you are suffering

This… dread… this electric unease you feel

Arises from the depths of your physical body

As your body arose from the dust of the earth

As the earth… from the fires of eternity

It is… natural…

But it is not inevitable

Nor is it suggestive of a defect

You are not broken

There is nothing to fix

You do not have a fatal flaw

On the contrary,

You are deeply connected to this life

You have… the eyes of a prophet

You fear for humanity

You have… the soul of a poet

You understand pain in clear & vivid terms

You have… the heart of a warrior

You desire the action of a worthy fight

You have… the hands of a healer

You long to mend the wounds of the world

But first, my dear physician, you must heal thyself.

Cast yourself neither to the past, or to the future

But simply observe this one moment in time

For this moment is an eternal moment

This now, an eternal now.

Since you are in the world of forms,

In this three-dimensional existence,

Open your eyes to the dimensions before you

Or see them in your mind’s eye

Doors, window panes, the walls of your room

Now find the horizontal shapes

Mother nature’s horizon itself

The last dimension we will notice now… is depth

Diagonals and distances and vanishing points…

Marvel at the focus shifts of your eyes

Focal fluctuations and Pulls of perception

Your life, here and now, is… as… a movie

An immersive experience, to be sure

It is a coming-of-age tale 

Of a soul of infinite potential,

Alighting others into consciousness,

And then… flickering out 

Into a sacred, celestial darkness

To become one with the great soul

To become one with all the stars and all the galaxies

To become… light itself… universal consciousness

Knowing all there is

Knowing the eternal essence of each moment

Knowing no pain or suffering

Knowing only love

Love beyond all earthly conception

You are that love now

You are universal consciousness… presently

You are here on this earth

And you are simultaneously in eternity

This is the source of your upset 

This is the cause of your quickened pulse 

This is the impetus of your panic

You intuit the gap…

Between the mountains of perception

And the abyss of the imperceptible

And the timeless frequency of forever

The distance between where you are now

And where you wish to be

Is an illusion

You are already everywhere you will be 

You are everywhere you have been

There is no distance

There is no time

There is only love

There is only you

You, and your reflections

The others of this earth plane

Where you have come to know yourself

Where you are now, feel yourself…

Surrounded by a warm blanket of light

Fuzzy, glowing, of any color you like.

Imagine the light not only surrounds you,

Intermingling with every cell… every atom of your body

You are the light
